There is a selection of forms you need to fill out before - and have filled in during - your fieldwork.

This page is to give you an overview, and to help refresh your memory quickly.

Submitting Forms

You hand them into Clive Bonsall via the Office.
Or you can try and email them to him, but then you have issues with the signature.

Reports

At the end of your fieldwork you have to hand in a report on what you did. This is greatly helped by keeping a diary containing the general tasks undertaken, anything of note, background info on where you are...

Approval Form

Before going on an excavation you have to have it approved.

This must be done for each project you inend to do. Including departmental work.

Certification Form

This is a form which your supervisor fills in, describing and evaluating the tasks you performed during your field experience.

This you take with you and hand in when you return.

Report Guidelines

The official form of guidelines for last year. It could be different this year, but there are some fundamental points to remember, such as the dates of whatever it is you did.
